Wild Sussex

Head over to Paul and his team for a wonderful wild venison burger cooked over their own charcoal, served in a toasted brioche style bun with melted Sussex Charmer cheese, salad and homemade sauces and pickles or opt for a scrumptious surprise vegetarian or vegan option made using seasonal vegetables. We love the sound of Wild Sussex’s food and their set up looks great – so another perfect vendor for Into the Trees! We very much look forward to welcome them to our ever-growing ITT team!
