Kids session: The sessions start and finish with simple exercises to help with the 10 minute guided meditation. Sessions are fun and enjoyable for the children whilst improving their health and well-being.
Adults session: The Meditation on Twin Hearts was created by Master Choa Kok Sui, Modern Founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga, to help flush out negative thoughts and emotions. Gowri and her team guide you through this enlightening meditation practice.
